The talk on wed. 30th March has unfortunately had to be postponed due to the speaker having tested positive for Covid. The new date is Friday 8th April – 7pm for 7.30pm at the Gambier Parry Hall.

DISCOVER how the energy we most rely on – ELECTRICITY came to your house.

Electricity! Our lives depend on this wonderful force. Think for a moment of how much we rely on it. Could you live without it?

Come and hear the hidden story of how electricity eventually arrived at Gloucester and finally crossed the River Severn. What was life like before we had electricity. Another great illustrated talk by Tony Condor.
