Highnam Heritage committee would like to thank Rev Helen Sammon for her work in Highnam and involvement on occasions with our group.   We have worked together at various points, linking the church with our history events and she has always been most supportive.  

It has been good to have a vicar who appreciates the value of our grade I listed church and Rev Helen leaves with the building in very good state of repair.   She will be remembered as a vicar who has gone out of her way to meet people of all walks of life and build up the church in every way.  

May we wish Rev Helen a very happy retirement and hope that she has many years enjoying life with her husband Alastair and family, especially with their grandchildren.
